President Bola Tinubu has approved the deployment of two new Federal Permanent Secretaries to key ministries, to enhance governance and promote effective service delivery.
This was contained in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja by the Director of Public Relations at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Eno Olotu.
According to the statement, Rafiu Adeladan has been deployed to the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, while Dr. Mukhtar Mohammed will head the Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy.
Olotu stated that both permanent secretaries were appointed after a competitive selection process.
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Didi Walson-Jack, has congratulated the new appointees, urging them to demonstrate professionalism and leadership in their roles.
She reiterated the government's commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and ensuring efficient policy implementation.
