PRESIDENCY WARNS NDUME AGAINST MAKING "RECKLESS STATEMENTS".
The Presidency has warned the lawmaker representing Borno South Senatorial District, Senator Ali Ndume, against making what it calls "reckless statements."
This is coming after Senator Ndume alleged that a cabal had hijacked President Bola Tinubu's government, with kleptocrats and kakistocrats dominating the administration.
In reaction, presidential spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, while criticizing Ndume for making sweeping statements without providing evidence, defended the President's aides.
Onanuga described them as competent professionals doing a good job in reengineering the country's economy, just as he questioned the lawmaker’s understanding of the term "kakistocrats" and accused him of often getting his facts wrong.
