POLICE FOIL KIDNAP ATTEMPT, RECOVER VICTIMS VEHICLE IN ANAMBRA.

The Anambra State Police Command has foiled a kidnap attempt and recovered the victim's vehicle, a black Lexus 350 SUV. 

The command spokesman, Tochukwu Ikenga said the police operatives attached to the Anti-Cultism Squad tracked the kidnappers, forcing them to abandon the victim and vehicle on the road at Isuaniocha.

Ikenga said the victim was safely debriefed, while the police are working to dislodge the kidnapping gang and apprehend the suspects. 

He added that security surveillance has been stepped up in the area to ensure the suspects are arrested
