NASARAWA ASSEMBLY PASS NASARAWA STATE BROADCASTING SERVICE BILL.

The Nasarawa State House of Assembly has passed a bill establishing the State Broadcasting Service. 

The Speaker of the House, Dr Danladi Jatau, announced the passage of the bill into law during the house proceedings on Tuesday in Lafia.


Jatau explained that if the bill is approved by Governor Abdullahi Sule, it would enhance service delivery at the broadcasting station.


He stated that the bill outlines provisions for key appointments, including a Director-General and Deputy General Managers for stations in Lafia and Keffi. 


The Speaker further directed the House Clerk to forward the bill to the governor for further action.
