U-20 WORLD CUP: FLYING EAGLES TO DISCOVER GROUP OPPONENTS THURSDAY.

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria are set to discover their group stage opponents for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile. 

The draw ceremony will take place on Thursday in Santiago, Chile's capital.

The tournament, scheduled to take place from September 27 to October 19, will feature 24 teams divided into six groups of four teams each. 

Nigeria, which has been placed in Pot 1, will join teams like New Zealand, France, and Argentina.

The Flying Eagles qualified for the World Cup after finishing third at the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup earlier this month, and the team, led by Coach Aliyu Zubairu, they aim to make a strong impression in the tournament.
