AWONIYI NAMED PFA COMMUNITY CHAMPION FOR 2024/25 SEASON.

Nottingham Forest striker, Taiwo Awoniyi, has been awarded the Professional Football Association (PFA) Community Champion for the 2024/25 season in recognition of his outstanding dedication to supporting local communities throughout the year.

Awoniyi's charitable initiatives include partnering with a local organization to provide meals for Muslims during Ramadan. 

His commitment to community development has also established him as a role model both on and off the field.

Awoniyi is the first Nigerian player to receive this award, highlighting his positive impact beyond football. 

Despite facing challenges in the season, he remained committed to making a difference in his community.
